1. Return Period

Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. We will not be able to accept any returns after this period has passed.


2. Return Acceptance Conditions

To guarantee acceptance of a return request, the product must meet the following conditions:

* Be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

* Be in its original packaging with all accessories.

* A receipt or other proof of purchase must be provided.


3. Return Steps

b- Get Instructions: After reviewing your order, we will send you the necessary instructions for returning the product. Please wait for these instructions before sending the product.


c- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will send you a notification that your return request has been accepted.


4. Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for shipping the returned product, unless the product is damaged or different from the one ordered. In these cases, the shipping costs will be covered.


5. Refunds

After your return request is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. The refund may take 7 to 10 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on the bank or credit card company's procedures.
